Anthony Varallo
Anthony Varallo is the author of What Did You Do Today?, winner of the 2023 Katherine Anne Porter Prize in Short Fiction (U of North Texas Press); a novel, The Lines (U of Iowa Press, 2019); as well as four previous story collections. His stories have appeared in One Story, The New Yorker "Daily Shouts," The Sun, STORY, New England Review, American Short Fiction, Iowa Review, and elsewhere. Currently he is a professor of English at the College of Charleston, where he is the fiction editor of Swamp Pink (formerly Crazyhorse).
